I mainly listen on radio, so I don’t usually fill these out. But I’m curious how people rate this game. You’ve got such a rotated roster and people playing out of position. Do you rate players on a curve (so to speak) or give most everyone low marks?
I didn’t watch enough to feel comfortable rating anyone (full transparency, I was visiting family with the only TV in the house being in the room where everyone gathers, and started losing my cool on the first Miami goal and figured I would save everyone from me being a sourpuss and just turned it off). But I would imagine the ratings that matter here are for the “kids” (ie, the let’s see what we’ve got in the pre-pre-season player pool), and you rate them honestly. These are the guys that we need to consider whether they will take a starting spot from any of the guys who somehow survive the off-season.
Give everyone low marks, easy.
We cant complain about where we are in the table and then give our kids a bunch of 6s.
Edit: nor is our position in the table given any sort of grace due to “circumstances”.
