Brad Guzan announced his retirement on Tuesday morning, bringing to an end a professional career that spanned over 2 decades. Whether it’s helping lead the club to an MLS Cup victory over the Portland Timbers in its second season in 2018, the 2019 U.S. Open Cup final against Minnesota United, or the 2024 playoff series against Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Inter Miami, Guzan will leave Atlanta United with plenty of memories over the past nine seasons and will be remembered as a club legend for years to come.
