Just days away from the first matchday of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season, Atlanta United 2 announced the signing of 2026 MLS Superdraft Pick Enzo Dovlo to a contract through the end of the 2026 season with an option for 2027.
Dovlo joins Atlanta United as one of the top attacking players from the 2025 college soccer season, leading the University of North Carolina Greensboro on impressive Southern Conference Tournament and MLS College Cup runs. Dovlo was selected 12th overall after Atlanta United traded down in the draft.
Over three years at UNCG, he started in all 56 of his appearances, playing all over the field, from left-back to right-wing. His best season came last year when he scored 10 goals and added 8 assists in 23 matches, earning All-Southern Conference honors and Third-Team All-American recognition.
Despite spending most of his preseason with the first team, he will begin his professional career with the 2s, likely due to his international status. With the first-team attack in need of reinforcements and a bit of inspiration, Dovlo may hear his name called by Tata Martino this season.
Congratulations to Enzo, and welcome to Atlanta.
